| DBG Engineering can supply a broad range of Services that include; *General fabrication - Any project that involves Steel, Stainless Steel or Aluminium. No Job to big or small  *Welding- Quality welding in Mild steel, Stainless steel or Aluminium.  *Design, Fabricate & repairs to machinery and structures- We can design with AutoCAD, fabricate with our extensive range of in house machinery, and offer a repair service to any machinery or structure- Agricultural machinery a specialty. *Fabrication of Structural Steel- All areas of Structural steel, supply, fabrication and erection.  *Guillotining & Folding- Sheet Metal to thickness of 3mm x 2.4mt length can be cut & folded. Other thicknesses can be arranged.   *Bandsaw Cutting- We can cut a large range of steel profiles with our Parkanson semi automatic Bandsaw.  *Oxy & Plasma Cutting- Cutting of plate products is made easy with our Oxy & Plasma facilities. *Punching & Shearing- Flat Bar, Angles,solid profiles can be easily sheared or hole punched with our 60 ton Iron Worker machine.  *Machining- We can machine most steels with our lathe.  *Onsite Welding- We offer an emergency breakdown service that includes repairs/alterations to any item or machinery that can't be at idle for to long or to difficult to transport to our premises.No job to big or to small. *Protective Coatings- All items made or altered or require a new coating, you can choose the options of Hot Dipped Galvanizing or two pack industrial epoxy's or single pack enamels to suit your individual requirements. |
